Where is Bidwell Park? Bidwell Park is located north of Spokane and east of Highway 395 off North Hatch Road in Colbert, WA.
Is Bidwell Park a neighborhood or a community park? Both! Bidwell Park is a vibrant neighborhood surrounding a community park. Maintained by Spokane County, the community park includes an Aquatic facility (Northside Family Aquatics Center), sand volleyball courts, pickleball courts, baseball/soccer fields, a basketball court, over a mile of paved walking trails, two playgrounds, and two restroom buildings. Where is Morton Court? Morton Court is the next phase of development within Bidwell Park. It will be arranged in a cul-de-sac and located directly east of N. Nevada Lane and north of E. Handy Road.
How many lots will Morton Court provide? There will be 16 new lots available in Morton Court. This is the 5th phase of the Bidwell Park Development.
How big are the lots on Morton Court? These next 16 lots are just the right size for many possible builds. The smallest efficiency lots are from 5900 square feet all the way up to the cul-de-sac as large as a quarter acre. The majority of lots will accommodate medium-sized homes with three-car garages.
