How the Building Process is Managed

For every custom home or semi-custom spec home, we assign a project manager and job site superintendent to the project. Homebuyers will work with the project manager, job site superintendent, and Tom Wilkes, owner of Brytech Construction, to ensure everyone continues to hit their marks throughout the build.

For custom homes, which require a little more attention, there will be times when we meet with the homeowner to discuss different decision points or change orders.

For semi-custom homes, there’s generally not a lot of work that needs to be done with the homeowner as everything is selected, and it’s just a matter of having the home ready in 6 months.
