At Brytech, we do the 2-10 Warranty Program, which is an insurance-backed warranty protection. It insures the home for any structural defects.

On top of the 2-10 Warranty, we provide a Brytech one-year warranty. In the very rare event that something goes wrong with your home in the first year, we’ll take care of it. When you move into your custom home, we provide you with support on how to operate the heating, cooling, and water systems. We leave you with the knowledge on how to use your home well and with care.
